Can I email forms out of QuickBooks, such as Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotes and Statements?
Yes, you can email your forms to your customers and vendors using QuickBooks. It can easily be setup to run through your Microsoft Outlook if you like.
Can I email reports? In what format?
Yes, you can email reports from QuickBooks as either a PDF or Excel file.
What if I need to share QuickBooks for more than one user?
QuickBooks Pro can be shared with up to 3 users simultaneously. QuickBooks Premier can be shared with up to 5 users simultaneously. If you need more than 5+ simultaneous users, you will need to purchase Enterprise . We setup and train on all 3 of these products.
Can you access my QuickBooks over the internet?
We use remote access software called LogMeIn Rescue to access our clients' data over the internet. There is no minimum appointment for us to access your data this way. It is "pay as you use it".
If I use Adams Consulting to help me, will I still need my CPA?
You will always need your CPA. We will happily work with your CPA at your request to be part of your team, but we will never replace your tax professional.
Can QuickBooks be used to track my personal banking and financial information?
Many of our clients use QuickBooks for their personal finances. We always set up a different "company" in QuickBooks so your personal data is not commingled with your business data.
